~Hopelessly Devoted~ [ May 10th, 2007 | 12:01am ] [ mood | blah ]                         ESPN, channel 23.That’s my date for the day. I had been missing a lot of actions from these guys, after a forlorn affair with my job. Back to back, and all pack for the past one month stint with the brothers in green. Although it was educational the enthusiasm was lacking, and the aura was polluted by the dull notion of drills after drills. Each day I tell myself when is this whole darn affair going to end. After all the much debated SOPs, the strategy of achieving a, military success will just cease to a documented form which will then, be left dangling for much further discussion. Alas to say, that life sucks, when donning the uniform.                           Well, come to think of it again the pay is good for an average chap like me and at times your off or leave is like a test/exam break school holiday. And there you go rotting yourself at home enduring all those brain dead activities, maximizing time in front of the Box.                           Much to say about my job, the long awaited date is just about to be reveal itself in front of me. What else is suppose to be in the list of most ADAMS down there other than ogling the 90 minutes fun fill pack with stars, skills and ludicrous attitude of 22 men on the field preparing for glory. Isn’t it a remarkable phenomenon to sit back and enjoy every moment of the game, the prestigious UEFA Champions League matches?                           To all the hopeless devoted out there especially the “COMMANDOS” and the “KOP”; let us rejoice IN the final clash. Don’t ya guys miss the fun on the 24th May!!..HMMM, for Man Utd and Chelsea, nevertheless the efforts are there, but then again try harder!!!! 0 comments | reply
